Vehicle was towed to a different shop for repairs and communications about the state of the vehicle was constantly incorrect. When the vehicle was “done” the first shops disagreed and sent it back, but no one told us, despite having given us instruction to expect a call to pick up the vehicle that day with a hour. Only by our own calls could we keep track of Calibers failure to deliver.
