Bad experience with the location in Dallas. They dated the did not have my vehicle at the location after the Gainesville location dropped it. The rep Marilou did not take the time to look on the lot or locate my car . On top of that I asked to speak with a sup she refused to put him on the line. After going back and forth between two locations the rep called me back to tell me they have the vehicle and Blamed the delay on Gainesville. When I picked up vehicle and talked to manager at Dallas location he lacked sympathy and was disinterested in my concerns…. Worse experience and took them a month for repairs
