I felt very comfortable leaving my VW Beetle in the hands of Caliber Collision Gainesville. That’s saying a lot because that car is extremely important to me. It was my deceased son’s vehicle & reminds me so much of him. Your team in Gainesville made me feel confident that my car was a priority to them and they would go above & beyond to restore it to its best possible condition. Everyone I interacted with, from beginning to end, was so helpful & kind, and very professional. Thanks to all of you for making a bad situation better.

This caliber collision has really great customer service. They give me update about my truck. They made sure everything was right with my truck. I deal with Sarah. She was absolutely amazing very friendly. Let me know that if I had any issues with the vehicle just to bring it back and then they will take care of it. I haven’t had any issues with the vehicle since I received it back on Friday. I highly recommend if you were looking for a place to repair your vehicle, go to calibrate collisions in Gainesville Texas, you would not be disappointed

The reason for the 7 is that. Not knowing that my headlights were wrong & detailing wasn't great. Also I had my husband look @ the headlights & all of them were wired wrong

Paint problems and some damage remains

Poor paint job with contaminants under the base coat of the hood, interior was very dirty, camera wiring and trim was messed up and not attached, driver's seatbelt broken now, took too long, poor communication no sense of urgency.

Sarah was fantastic at keeping us updated and aware of what was happening. She made the entire process easy and was fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend people bring their cars to Caliber in Gainesville to experience the same level of service.
