I'm pleased with the help everyone I talked to. But I was wondering why they didn't put the part that is under my vehicle that protects the stuff under, like the lights and other things hanging underneath, also cuts down on the road noise. I have noticed a Noise that sounds like something flaps on driver side and it must be something around the wheel, because it gets louder and faster when I change my speed. But every thing else looks great.

The complete process was horrible and stressful. The shop was not in communication with myself or progressive and progressive was nothing communication with the rental dealer. I kept getting the run around having to make several calls to all parties and no one would give me answers. In the end it went smoothly, th vehicle was fixed and the reps were very friendly. However I do not wish to go thru that again or deal with two much stress while trying to get my vehicle repaired.

The staff was wonderful from the moment I walked into the office. They explained everything, step by step and the drove me to the car rental place. They continued to send reports to my phone about level of completion. They were so kind, professional and thorough. I want to thank the entire staff.
