Frank was great. Very responsive. He did great work. It was a new car and pretty clean when I dropped it off. It was still clean when i picked it up but I could tell they tried to wash it but did not dry it off. Driver side floor mats were a little dirty. But I was satified with the service - Thank You!

Frank provided two estimates, explained what needed to be done, was very kind and professional, it was clear Lori was in charge of behind the scene details that made the experience a pleasant one. I enjoyed sitting in the reception area with the cool air and lovely scent. A delightful place to be. I would highly recommend Caliber to my friends and family.
