Overall, I’m satisfied with the repair quality and the vehicle appears to have been repaired well. The team was professional and it’s clear customer service is important to the company. That said, the pickup experience could be improved. I was told that normally someone would walk the vehicle with me to review the repairs, but due to staffing shortages I was asked to locate the vehicle myself which was out back and I would need to find it and inspect it on my own without assistance. This made it difficult to confidently evaluate the repair quality, as I did not have the benefit of a staff member pointing out the work performed or confirming everything was completed as expected. This step seems important and would have increased my confidence in the final product. 6 for this rating is being generous because of the gray space created with pick up.

Overall, the team was professional and it’s clear customer service is a priority. Communication throughout the repair process was solid and I was very impressed throughout the repair. However, the pickup experience did not meet expectations. I was told that normally someone would walk the vehicle with me to review the repairs, but due to staffing shortages I was asked to locate the vehicle myself and inspect it without assistance. That final step is an important part of the customer experience, and its absence took away from an otherwise positive process. I would of rated a 10 if it wasnt for the final delivery.

Frank was very helpful through the entire process from start finish! He helped start the claim with my insurance company, throughly explained the whole process, did the estimate, and got my vehicle fixed and returned in timely manner! Caliber Collison does quality work, they where very helpful, and my my repair process go as seamless as possible!
