Aftermarket bumper was used and did not fit properly, gaps on each side and misaligned in the front. Aftermarket headlight with uneven beam cutoff and foreground glare. Manager is working to contact Progressive insurance to approve replacement.

A very visible door gasket was not installed. I finished the repair myself rather than waste time with this organization again.

I asked the General manager why Caliber wouldn't repair thier own sub standard under warranty and he mumbled something about not knowing every claim on the lot. It's the general managers job to know everything going on.
