The work was done accurately and in a timely fashion, and you allowing rentals from enterprise to be returned at time of pickup really is a timesaver. I will suggest you to anyone who asks

You guys did a great job with the repairs, thank you for all of your hard work! The only thing I thought was weird was that cash is longer accepted? Not sure if that is “covid related”, just seemed strange. I was able to get cashier check so no issues, just a bit inconvenient.

They said they would need my car for a few days, they had it a week and it’s still not done. Still waiting for a part. I had to pick it up while waiting for the part and they left cleaner and rags in the back seat and sprayed the windshield, but didn’t wipe it down, so I had to do it. Not happy!

Although Audi was nice, I did not get what I was promised. I had to keep bugging to just get my car back. I made an appointment on Monday morning and dropped it off early. I drove by later that afternoon and my car was still up front in the same place
