The alignment is messed up and something pops in the left wheel. Im thinking the control arm. There is play in the steering wheel and it stays to the right to keep straight.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Reception desk in Missoula was great, the employee I did the walk around with (Mike I believe?) was great at explaining issues and the overall plan, and Jennifer G the estimator in GF gave timely updates. Good communication and of course did a great job fixing the damage. 10/10 recommend!
