Mostly a great job. Customer service was excellent. It's the reason I chose the great falls location. The one thing I noticed was in the detailing of the car. The body work and paint looks nice and while someone there did a nice job of detailing the front of the car the rear area and the back seats are still covered in dust from the job almost like someone forgot to clean the scuffs and accumulated dust from sanding and painting out of the back area of the car.

Everyone was so helpful, I let them know I was 37 weeks pregnant when I got into my accident and they kept me informed and did everything they could to get me back in my own car before having the baby (which they did successfully!) I really appreciate how communicative they were keeping me updated every step of the way. 10/10 service!

I absolutely loved working with Caliber until I got my car back. While they had my car and were working on it they were SO nice and communicative but when I got my car returned to me I could only drive it with the steering wheel tilted. I called my insurance letting them know and seeing if I could take my car back to be fixed, my insurance company called Caliber and they denied this claim saying I did not need an alignment service and nothing else was wrong with my vehicle. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion and they completed the service for me telling me I not only needed an alignment but I also have a bent control arm causing the tilt of the steering wheel. The secondary shop explained this could only happen due to damage from an accident and not something everyday driving causes. I’m completely shocked that Caliber gave me my car back in this condition and denied it needing more work.
