This is the garage you are looking for. I recently had a fender bender that my insurance was going to cover and they suggested this place. I am so lucky they did! Not only did caliber collision fix the current issue, they were able to find previous work done on my car that needed attention. Brandon, the general manager, kept me updated throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had and I had a lot! He walked me through every little detail. Unbeknownst to me, the work I had had done on this car previously was done quite poorly; they had totally left out some of the screws that held my bumper on (among many other issues). Not only did Ray, the technician, go above and beyond and fixing them, they also helped me compile the paperwork to submit to the garage to force them to refund my money. I can tell Ray did incredible work on my car and treated it like his own. Do yourself a favor and bring your car here.

Every step of my experience was excellent. From the friendly knowledgeable phone staff, to the drop off, the communication during the repair and completed work. The work was beautiful my truck looks like new 😊 on top of that when I got in to drive it home, to my surprise it had been completely detailed. I was so thankful and blessed. Given the opportunity I will highly recommend them. I am so happy with my experience ❤️😊

Overall very satisfied with the end result. As i stated in my past comments. The truck was returned dirty as hell, and i didnt get updated like i figured i should have but i can wash the truck and its fixed now so i will still refer them. It seemed to take forever to finish the truck. It was in pdr for a couple few days then spend over a month at caliber collision in body work. Seemed like it took forever to get done vs all other body shops in Havre and great falls but they could have been busy too.

I was told all the parts were in, once I dropped the car off, they had to order more parts. Everything was ordered off pictures I took. I feel like it should have been inspected before I dropped it off. It would have given Caliber a chance to order all the parts needed ahead of time reducing the time I needed a rental. I don’t know if this was Caliber or my insurance company.
