Everyone I spoke with was very nice, helpful, and made it an easy process for us. The email update system didn’t seem very accurate though. I got an email saying that my repair would be done 6/21/24 at one point, then on 6/11/24 received a call that it was finished and ready to pick up, then later that day got an email saying it would be finished 6/21/24 again. I did get an email after saying that saying it was completed. Regardless the updates were not an issue for us and we were very happy with the timeline and the repair.
