I think they do an excellent job. They just need to be more transparent when it comes to time frames. Also, it would be wonderful if they would accept payment plans.

The people were friendly, but the text messages regarding the estimated time the repair would be complete was all over the place. I was told it would be done next Friday, then the rental company told me they were informed it would be ready the next day, then I reached out to the customer service person in charge of my case who said they were aiming for tomorrow, then I got a text saying it was going to be ready next Wednesday. Then I was texted that it would be ready at 4pm. Then I called at 3pm and was told it was already complete. This was frustrating because I live and work just under 2 hours away, and couldn't have a definitive time to plan ahead.

I am satisfied overall with the work done on my vehicle and the turn around time. Plus they were always updating me on the pricing and timing. Very friendly staff. I am a tad Disappointed in the paint job, as there are a few spots that feel like a rock is painted under it.
