I was surprised how great it looked when i picked it up. It has been a long time to see that it looked amazing. You out did yourselves. I appreciate how well you kept me up to date on the progress and also you had it done ahead of time.I am so greatfull that the first place I went to was to busy to do a estament, and I felt I was more of a burden to them on the first body shop i went to. I am also glad that I found a business ran by women. We need alot more in the world. Thank you again for all the hard work you do.

Awesome work as always. This is the 3rd time i have used caliber. 1 time on another vehicle i owned and 2 on my current vehicle. Paint match is perfect. They even detailed my filthy truck(long road trip) when they were done.

Everyone was so helpful! Came in to my appointment for drop off and was immediately helped. I believe it was Nikki (maybe their receptionist) that helped me check in, she made sure I was helped even though they were having a morning meeting. The call center set up my appointment. She explained how the process was going to go and answered every question I had. I was kept up to date about the repairs by Tosha. I am very pleased with the amount of time they took to repair my car.

The final vehicle inspection was not satisfactory. The fuel door would not clompletwly close (and it did prior to auto body work). Additionally a hole was not drilled for our block heater plug and it would have been dragging on the ground and been ruined. When called to their attention. Offers to repair were abundant as were apologies. The body work and the communication were stellar.

The fuel door wouldn’t close completely and no one noticed it prior to us pointing it out. The engine block heater was not ‘installed’ correctly and would t have worked when we needed it. Again, we noticed the problem, not Calicut.

Hard to explain, but the reason given via text for delayed repair completion was invalid. Both repairs were discussed and agreed upon when I dropped the truck off and completed paperwork.

Tasha and the rest of the staff who worked on my vehicle were very kind and communicative throughout the entire repair process. They regularly kept me updated on the timeframe of my repair and took the time to explain the entire process of it as well. A big plus was that my vehicle ended up being ready 2 days earlier than expected and they cleaned it inside and out as well! Checkout process was a breeze and my car came back in better condition than it originally was. Thank you for making a stressful situation a lot lighter and delivering on your promises!
