The repair brought my car back to BETTER THAN it was when I bought it. Caliber was on top of this repair. Progressive dragged their feet for almost a week. Which slowed the process. Caliber did amazing though.

The customer service and technicians were amazing. The technician Tosha was very helpful, did a thorough vehicle inspection, and kept me updated almost daily on my vehicle status. The best thing about the place was the quick turnaround for my vehicle. I received my vehicle back 2 weeks earlier than it was estimated to be complete. I'm highly satisfied with this place and how they operate.
