Thank you for completing the hail repair—those dimples were addressed perfectly and I’m very pleased with that aspect. However, I need to raise a concern regarding the scratches that now run down the passenger side and across the tailgate/lid area. These are distinct from the minor door-ding type scratches the car already had, and they were not present prior to the repair. They appear consistent with the width and pattern of a steel wool pad, which I unfortunately discovered taped closed and left in the back of my vehicle. I had not re-entered the vehicle until retrieving my magnets while the representative stepped away for her camera, which is when I found it. While the representative mentioned checking before-and-after photos, I was left feeling as though my concerns were being dismissed, and I never received any acknowledgment or apology. The fact remains: the scratches were not there when I brought my vehicle in, and they are there now. I would appreciate a clear explanation of how this happened and what Caliber Collision intends to do to remedy the damage.
