I was thoroughly amazed at the customer service, especially, from the African American desk clerk upon arrival to drop off our vehicle. She was extremely kind, professional, intelligent, and filled with knowledge on the drop off process. She also assisted us over the phone after we were led astray by our insurance company on where to retrieve our rental car. She was extraordinary. The car handler was informative & knowledgeable before and after the pickup.
