My experience with Caliber Collision was Excellent. Everyone I spoke with was Courteous. The supervisor was awesome. He actually had better etiquette than my Liberty Mutual Adjuster Cody. He was very Rude and needs better word choices when dealing with complex matters out of the customers control or misunderstandings internal within the companies (auto repair shop and insurance). He truly needs polishing.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff, particularly Kim Davis, were incredible and so helpful. This was something I thought would be very difficult, but with Caliber Collision, it couldn’t have been easier. I cannot sing their praises enough! The team even got out places on my car and stains that I thought were hopeless. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS EXPERIENCE!

Process was streamlined and the easy. We were scheduled for service quickly and the job was completed in a timely fashion. Calibers employees were very friendly and professional. We were updated regularly about how the process was going. Hopefully I won’t need their service again, but if I do need body repair, I’ll definitely return to Calibers. I will also recommend to friends and family.
