This was my first car accident and I didn't have a clue about the process but Ricky did a good job with explaining everything and ensuring me that everything would be handled. His communication was top tier during the process although it took a little over a month for my car to be finished his communication throughout the entire process made me feel better

Still waiting on call back about the bottom part of the bumper. There is a gouge on the left side of where the dent was and to the right side of where the dent was it looks like the chemicals they used it through the seal on that part of the bumper. Other than that, the repair looks great and the trunk closes properly
