Did not compete.. windshield is shattered and I went in before leaving and asked what was up. Was told to drive home and they’d be in touch. I felt uneasy. I found three spider webs in my car, almost crashed the car on the hour ride home due to the light fractures shining over the dash and windshield. They had my car over 2 months was not washed doubt they replaced half of what they said. Seriously calling the state it is crazy I’d pay $2000 for a deductible and told to rely on the vehicle cause no lights are on the dash!!! I’m sorry Jason the manager no lights were on when I crashed the vehicle.

Worst claim I’ve had in 40 yrs. Had an accident they took two months to fix. I picked up my vehicle with a shattered windshield went to speak with Jason the manager as this is crazy I gave you $1500 and there are spider webs (literally) inside the car. My entire windshield is shattered. You drove this from being washed and thought she will love it??? I don’t want to leave here and drive over an hour when I can’t see. He assures me to send the photo after wiping my car with his forearm??? To get with my insurance and if they approve will send someone. I don’t want to be in a rental for any longer??? So yes I’m dumb drive home almost crashed many times and having panic attacks knowing this is not safe the drive is so crazy and my lane assist isn’t working any longer so again nothing was completely yet my insurance was billed. I am stuck calling the state because they have scammed my insurance and now all my funds. So win win for the person who just went through an accident. He literally looked at photos from his computer rather then coming out to the car when I said I’m sorry you photos are not matching the extensive additional damage to my car!!! Do not go here! Being the small town you will be taken advantage of.

The whole team at Calliber were super nice and professional! They kept me informed during the entire process! I was very pleased with my car when they showed it to me. It looked brand new! They even detail the inside and outside which is something I’ve never seen before.
