The car was brought out and there were two scratches I saw off the bat when looking at the repair areas. It went back for a buffering… came back out and saw another scratch when inspecting further. I feel a little quality control should have been done before saying it was ready.

The repairs on my car were done quickly, but the best part was the level of communication. I was kept informed during the process and that gave me the confidence that my new car was being well taken care of. I got rear ended before I made my first payment. But she looks good as new

If I could give Caliber Collision 6 stars, I would—one just for vacuuming my car alone. Seriously though, the whole team was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. No hassle, no confusion—just genuinely helpful people who made the process way smoother than I expected. They did an amazing job on the repairs—my car looks fantastic, like nothing ever happened! And somehow, they turned it around so fast, which was a lifesaver with my chaotic schedule. But let’s talk about the real miracle: they vacuumed my car… and it DESPERATELY needed it. Not all heroes wear capes. God bless them for that alone. Highly recommend if you want great work, quick turnaround, friendly people, and a surprise glow-up for your car’s interior!
