I've recently had the misfortune of 2 of my cars being damaged weeks apart. Since my 1st car was expertly repaired to my satisfaction by Caliber Collision, I definitely knew where I was taking my 2nd car. This time I took it to the shop in Armona, California where I met with Bryan. After assessing my car, Bryan immediately informed me they could repair my car and that he had a top notch repairman for the specific repair I needed. Bryan explained the entire process, completion date and estimate. Bryan's attention to detail assured me that I was at the right place so I agreed to have Caliber Collision complete the repairs. In the end, my car was completed 2 days before originally promised, the cost was lower than originally estimated and the repair had my car looking as good as new. Bryan I'd like to thank you and the team at Caliber Collision for a job well done. I have to say I hope I never have to return, because that would mean one of my cars was in an accident. But should the need arise, you can be sure I'll be returning to Caliber Collision. That may sound cheesy, but it's the truth. Thanks again!

Great team, everyone was a pleasure to talk to and it made the process feel much easier. Especially Brain, he made sure to give me regular phone calls giving me updates about the car. The receptionist was also a pleasure as she was very nice. Overall, very great experience and would definitely choose this location again.

See comment from first question. Reused part is lifting and a couple of pieces fell off already.

They reused a part off the old bumper and it's lifting in two places. I was told to return to have it fixed but have not had a chance. If I was getting a new bumper I should have gotten the other part new as well. Also two rivets? not sure if that's the name of them fell off in my driveway and part of another one too. So I need to have that fixed as well. Not impressed that I have to return for more repairs.

The door is not aligned right. The trimming is now installed evenly. When I drive and I can hear airflow coming in through the door.
