Catherine (I really hope I spelled her name right) was amazing from start to finish. She was very helpful and informative. I felt incredibly lucky that she walked me through the entire process. Another things I liked a lot was the updates. My husband was a little concerned when he saw the breakdown but I knew that this shop had a very good reputation in town and I felt like our safety was a priority and it put him at ease. If anything ever happens (hopefully not) we are definitely coming back and recommending to everyone we know."
