Great team, everyone was a pleasure to talk to and it made the process feel much easier. Especially Brain, he made sure to give me regular phone calls giving me updates about the car. The receptionist was also a pleasure as she was very nice. Overall, very great experience and would definitely choose this location again.

Previously, my mom took her car to one of your guys' location, She was very satisfied and no doubt about that, I am also very satisfied, with the job that they did, It was nice for them to drop off my car at my house, what I liked about most, that it was quick, It aint took more than a week to get that fix.thank i really appreciate it. They reused a part off the old bumper and it's lifting in two places. I was told to return to have it fixed but have not had a chance. If I was getting a new bumper I should have gotten the other part new as well. Also two rivets? not sure if that's the name of them fell off in my driveway and part of another one too. So I need to have that fixed as well. Not impressed that I have to return for more repairs.

The door is not aligned right. The trimming is now installed evenly. When I drive and I can hear airflow coming in through the door.

Fantastic customer service. Very informative. Service was fast and drop off of rental and retrieving my car was convenient and quick. En el momento que fui por el carro mandaron reparar un royon que les faltó, no sé si esto último fue realizado de la forma correcta, además mi llanta de refacción yo la entregué nueva, y la que tengo está usada y llena de tierra con el rin tallado, también tallaron el plástico de la cajuela y no he recibido ningún tipo de noticias sobre el cambio del plástico y la llanta. Quién me va a reparar eso?
