I would never recommend them! I told my family, friends and co workers how horrible it was taking my vehicle to Caliber Collison. I even posted it on Facebook, Instagram and TickTock.

I am dissatisfied with the services provided by Caliber Collision. While the sales staff was pleasant, I initially considered another auto body shop. However, the collision manager contacted me and assured me of their superior service, which led me to choose them. Unfortunately, I am now quite disappointed. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I noticed clear coat spray marks on the hood and even some scratches on the other side of the vehicle that were not present before I dropped it off. Prior to my pickup, Brian assured me that the car would receive a light detailing, but it appears nothing was done, as evidenced by the spray marks. I had to wash the car afterward to remove the residue from the repair and will now need to take it to a detailing shop to address the issues they should have resolved. Consequently, I am very unhappy with your services and would not recommend them to anyone. I am sharing my experience with family, friends, and on social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. I am truly unsatisfied with Caliber's services and would not use them again for any future vehicle issues.
