I had a really good experience with Caliber Collision. My truck was backed into, and I brought it in for repairs. The entire process took about a week, which I felt was very reasonable. Communication was great throughout — they had an app that allowed me to check the status of my vehicle at any time, and they also called to keep me updated on the progress. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the whole process stress-free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the repair and the service, and I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to others.
