I'm Jamie, the Toyota owner, (my mom is the name holder for the insurance). But I liked the communication. Jordan was *VERY* good at communication in regards to what was going on, time frames, updates, delays, etc. I also appreciated Marcos finding an important mistake that the alignment shop missed entirely, that could have cost me some damage/perhaps an accident later on down the road. I also liked that each person I spoke to was kind, informative, had a sense of humor, and did not rush me off the phone, especially when I was disappointed and frustrated with the alignment shop for not finishing my car correctly, causing a 2 week delay. They know how to carefully handle us customers and our emotions/frustrations while making sure our vehicles are in tip top shape. They worked hard to get my car to me on Christmas Eve, and it was my favorite Christmas present this year, aside from the dash cam I got. Thank you to this specific location of Caliber Collision for my repairs, their vigilance, their good attitudes, their quality care, and for making it so that I could go on with my own car that I'm very attached to instead of having to get a new one.. and right at Christmas.. it was perfect.

Lori is the insurance holder. Jamie is the Toyota owner. I am Jamie. Communication was above and beyond. Jordan was amazing. Marcos also found an issue that the alignment shop missed, that was kind of a big deal. Their diligence and consideration got me my car back, good as new, and even with delays, got it back to me for Christmas.
