I was very pleased by the service from start to finish. They explained the process and kept me informed on the progress of the service for my vehicle. And once my vehicle was ready and was ready to pick up I had an unexpected emergency and was not going to be able to pick up my vehicle the manager Roger drove our vehicle to our house to help us out. I totally recommend Caliber, they were awesome in taking care of our situation after an accident and stressful situation and making it seamless!

Great service by the receptionist and the person who helped me though the process: Teresa. When I dipped off my vehicle, The receptionist lady (I forgot her name) offered to take me to Enterprise’ rental office, because they did not droped off my rental car at Caliber’s. Very friendly and respectful. Teresa explained to me about the repair parts and the estimated time, she kept me updated about the whole process. At the end, they even completed the repair before the estimated time and my vehicle looked like new again. They also washed and detailed it before I went to pick it up and drive it home. I will definitely refer Caliber Collision to my family and friends. Thank You!
