I gave you guys a 10 except for that you charge my daughter $500 for a deductible that she didn’t have and now we have to wait to get that money back, which is quite unfortunate since it should not have happened other than that your service was wonderful

Good. The repair was minor and it shouldn't have taken 3 weeks for a simple repair. (Dent in passenger rear quarter panel.) I still dont know why the back bumper was removed The manager explained it to me but I still dont understand.
