Ah-may-zing. The men at this establishment were kind and 100% professional throughout the entire process. It was stressful enough dealing with insurance, but once my car was in their hands it was smooth sailing. I received updates on their every step, and they even remembered to put a small but VERY important key back in my vehicle after needing to use it. Hopefully I won’t be needing anymore repairs done in the future, but if I do, this place has my business.

I had previous work done on another car and was very happy with all of the service in Visalia. It was a little different with Hanford site, it could use a little improvement with communication. But over all, they were very friendly and did a great job on the car

There wasnt much communication, i had to continuously call for updates, my car was with them a month and a half and under the circumstances of being short staffed, it still was an incovience, because i ended up having to pay an additional $615.00 for the car rental.🤔☹
