The work was top notch but the length of the job which was basically changing all the plastic parts cracked by hitting the deer, in my opinion, took too long. We went 2 weeks before dropping the truck off figuring that the parts could have been ordered. I think this didn’t happen. The first couple of delivery dates kept changing. I’m glad the crew got it done a week earlier than the last date given.

The truck was returned to us looking great! My opinion is that the shop has more work than they can handle? Just my opinion.

The truck looks great. Opening the driver's door and hood there is no rubbing which is a good sign.

We took the truck to the shop to request a scheduling change where Mike came out, looked the truck over and took pictures of the damaged plastic parts involved. But it seemed like that was all the further the claim went until we took the truck in on the new drop off day. But in the mean time we were getting phone calls wondering why the vehicle had not been dropped off more than once on the original date. The lack of communication seemed strange. And some of the calls came after dinner time wanting to know when it would be dropped off, which struck me as odd.
