Mike and Rob were extremely professional as was your entire crew but them specifically. Mike was so thorough when he reviewed what was happening with the vehicle. He spent time going through the entire process and everything he saw on how to make the repair. I instantly trusted your company. He very much cares about his job and build trust with likely all customers he has an interaction. Rob was extremely accommodating to me when trying to pick up my car. He offered to stay late and personally clean my car when I called last week so I could have it last Friday for the weekend. I called on 520 pm when you closed at 530. I couldn't say yes knowing he'd be doing this himself but was very grateful. On Monday when the car was ready, I was running late as I was in Harrisburg and didn't expect to run into an accident on the drive to Hanover. I called to let the team know i was running late due to the accident and he immediately offered to stay late today. Both of them deserve major kudos with how they treat customers. I serve heavy hitter customers in my role and I'd eagerly have them on my team.

I have not driven my car enough to know all that s well. one thing, my wind shield wiper light will not go out. It says low in fluid, but I filled it up and it will not go out. Other than that you all ere nice to work with, just was getting really upset at the time it took.
