Every person I dealt with at Caliber Collision was understanding, kind and helpful and went above and beyond to give me the best service possible. Being in a car accident is never fun, but the whole experience was made better thanks to their customer service and the quality of work. The manager even came in on his day off so I could pick up my car since I was out of town during the regular work hours when it was ready for pick up. Thanks so much for all you did to help us out!

As was told the car was ready. Showed up with the bumper not installed correctly. Run in paint near the emblem a bubble in the paint. Orange peeled paint job. The excuse I received was that the manufacturer has flaws. Not good
