First off All the Staff are Very welcoming and Also explained step by step of how things would go. My vehicle’s Rear End looked pretty banged up from being hit really hard. Caliber Collision had my parts and my vehicle less then a week and Now it’s Looks like New. I received text messages on Daily bases on the progress of my repairs and a estimated time of when my vehicle would be ready for pick up. Lisa, customer service, was phenomenal and so was the very nice talented body man. They were both very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The work was completed in record time and I was so glad that Nationwide referred me to Caliber. Hope I don't need body work again, but that's where I'd go!
