Absolutely satisfied. I struck a deer at the same time a coworker did. His truck is not even being worked on yet. Caliber completed my truck in a timely manner and it looks fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with the workmanship. Very professional.

Great experience using Caliber Collision. They were knowledgeable, gave me frequent updates on the status of the repairs, and answered questions promptly. Friendly staff, great customer service, and I loved being able to text instead of having to call in. Jerry was helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. The estimate for date of completion was off by several days. No big deal - I would rather the car be treated with extra care than rushed, but communication during this period could have been more thorough. Also, a verbal explanation of the repairs would have been helpful. However, the staff was very courteous and helpful, providing an excellent service experience overall.
