From beginning to end. Lisa, Brogayn, and the manager (sorry, forgot his name). All were very professional, personable, and exceptional to deal with. Their technicians did a great job, you can tell they take pride in their work. Any body and fender work I need done will be handled by Caliber Collision in Hanover Pa. Thank you Steve White

The customer service was wonderful! I was updated on the status of my vehicle often. When I got it back, it smelled amazing and was clean. Also I was running a few minutes late to pick up but they waited. Just awesome! :)

I was kept informed of the repairs and what was happening. There were a few unforseen delays so it took a bit longer than anticipated but these were the fault of the parts distributor and not Caliber. I was kept informed of what was happening at all stages and came to look forward to my twice weekly check ins with Brogan (who was especially delightful).

Lisa is a fine face and front woman for this company location. She offers a comforting and compassionate experience from beginning to end, emotional support included. It's It's stressful time for most people, definitely me. Brogyn offers updates often on repairs, and Gerald is a man of his word.
