As I informed the team when I picked my truck up, the whole experience was flawless from the estimate to final pick up. I wasn’t at caliber for more than 5 minutes during the whole process. The frequent text updates were extremely helpful in planning my week. The body and paint work was impeccable and my truck was washed and the inside vacuumed and cleaned when I picked it up. I am not frequently impressed with service however this experience deserves a kudos for a job well done.

Outstanding staff. Friendly and knowledgeable! Great daily communications of updates. Paint and body work looks great! However there's a vibration/ rattle under the dash. Hopefully it goes away

Absolutely. My fiancé hit a deer 3 days prior and my car was already torn apart and had an estimate before his was even towed to the shop. He has different insurance and we didn’t know we were able to bring to the shop of our choosing or we would have brought his to Caliber as well. The ONLY place I will ever take either of our cars or recommend!
