I had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision. From the start, Angela at the front desk was incredible, very knowledgeable, clear, professional, and super friendly. She went over everything thoroughly and made the process easy to understand. Mike also did a great job walking me through all the damages to my car and explaining the repair plan. Throughout the process, the team kept me updated, including notifications about parts and the repair progress. The updates made the whole experience much less stressful. The repair itself didn’t take long, and Mike was friendly and detailed during both the initial review and the final walk-through. While being rear-ended is never a pleasant experience, working with Caliber Collision made it much smoother and less stressful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would go back for any future repairs.
