Although it was a tiny mistake, the job wasn’t completed with quality control as my rear wiper did not work.

Despite asking for my contact number to be changed it wasn’t, so after requesting to drop my car off after parts were in and the front desk lady saying she had no way of knowing that, I never got a call back about when my parts would be there. I dropped it off at the appointment and asked for my contact info to be changed. I got a text saying I’d get a call the next morning because my car was done. I never did. I received an updated quote from my insurance so called Caliber just to learn my taillight was broken and they never updated me that my car wouldn’t be done. It was also clear they didn’t check their work when my windshield wiper didn’t work making me have to make another trip.

Front bumper cover is warped and looks dented. The left wheel side is not paintedof bumper cover is not painted. I am out of town but will bringing van back to be repaired correctly
