Mia is absolutely phenomenal, there were various issues that came up with my car and every time Mia was right there with me walking me through everything and had compassion in dealing with the stress of my car needing repaired. I can’t stay enough how much I would recommend Mia 100% of the time!

Within minutes of filing the claim, I received a call from Caliber. I had to postpone the repairs, but that was no issue for Micah Roberts. He inspected my truck and prepared for the repairs when I could get the truck to the shop. Micah, is knowledgeable, organized, and stayed on schdule with this repair. The workmanship, it's self, is impeccable! From the excellent fit of the replaced parts, to the glossy perfect paint, to the new trim, not a detail was missed !! My truck was even returned expertly cleaned inside and out ! I am quite pleased with my experience. Thank you to Micah and the entire team at Caliber. Wayne
