I feel like the repair process was acceptable given we have not experienced a lot of repair issues in the past. I would say that going all the way out to the deadline wasn't frustrating but being told that the deadline was gonna be extended was frustrating until the individual taking care of our vehicle went above and beyond and got the part locally and was able to finish it on the deadline

Quality was good but the amount of time it took was a bit long. I don’t have a lot of experience with this so I’m not sure what the right time frame is but I feel like a month is a long time. Micah was great customer service top notch!
