I appreciated all the updates along the way via text, and I was aware of the target date for the completion of the repairs - but I would have appreciated a phone call to confirm the time my vehicle would be ready that way so that I could coordinate the return of my rental and get a ride to the repair shop. I had to call the morning of, and would have appreciate you all call me instead to confirm the time.
