The 5 is for not asking me if I wanted the non insurance damage to be paid for out of pocket. The work you did was fine. But the remaining damage is more obvious now the previously. Why would you not even ask me? At the same time you left money on the table as I would have gladly paid to have the door fixed completely.

Micah was very easy to talk to and explained everything to me to make sure I understood what was going on with my car. He kept me updated as often as he could and once I got my vehicle back; it took a few days to drive it so I could tell any difference.
