The claim was easy and very well explained. They had me come in to take a look at a few items which was nice. I wasn't too happy about the over spray on the rear leaf springs, the prep job on the doors, or the section of tint that was cracked off on the front window.

Great work again but the Caliber team. Sadly I did have to bring my car back after it being fixed because a couple things needed to be corrected but they were on it the next day. I enjoy working with them

Very nice and helpful staff. Gave me a ride home and was able deliver my vehicle back to me. Very convenient. They washed my vehicle before returning. I highly recommend

Great staff and great work. Micah was super friendly and professional. The repair is perfect and was done quickly. I didn't have to pay as this was insurance, but I would 100% pay to use Caliber.

Very happy with the excellent customer service and the repairs were high quality and very clean. Very personable, friendly and helpful. Great at communicating progressive of repairs and estimated time to complete. Would take another vehicle there if there was ever a need to.
