I appreciate the thoroughness. I chuckled when the V8 logo on the side of the vehicle was pointed out to me, when I was shown all the new parts. I wouldn't have missed it, if it WASN'T put on. Good job.

I gave my number as the primary contact and my wife’s number for secondary contact information caliber called her rather than me. When I was emailed dates for projected completion. I had to call repeatedly to get answers if the repairs were done. I would appreciate being updated as soon as the timeline changed via phone call, email, txt. Part were missing on the front of the truck when I picked it up. Paperwork was found left under the hood sucked up against the exhaust manifold. Wiring in the front underneath hood latch is loose from plastic rivet mount to body.

I greatly appreciated all that you did to help get my car repaired in a timely fashion and also went the extra mile to put my front bumper on while we are waiting for Town Pump Car Wash to take responsibility for the damage their car wash did to my car.
