First I want to thank you for cleaning inside my car it was greatly appreciated. Only thing I would do is put running boards on the truck that you take your customers home in, I had a very hard time getting in I’m not a spring chicken you know lol! Caliber has been amazing and true to their word. I was told that I would receive updates on my car every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and they did. They were upfront with all the details and explained the repairs when picked up my car. I would use them again. Thank you

This was a great place to go to get a collision register! Really nice people working there, thorough and understandable explanations of repairs and costs, updates on the progress of the repair, an explanation and review of the repairs right at the vehicle before driving off the lot, and very polite, respectful and caring . I'll only take my car there when I need repairs, which hopefully won't be very often!!

Such kind and helpful people! I was welcomed with open arms and didn't have to wait long. They helped me after a car accident and I dont think I would want anyone else working on my vehicle. They got it done 6days sooner then anticipated, such an wight lifted going to caliber.

Quick, reliable so KIND!! I would highly recommend caliber helena to do any and all car body repairs! They were a week faster then quoted anf my car looked AMAZING at pick up. I was satisfied with everything and was ready to go home with my truck. Then I got into my truck, looked up to reverse, and then before I even shifted into reverse I see the really big crack on my passenger side of the windshield. That's extremely disappointing.
