There was additional cost for damage that was not visible. I was not made aware of the additional cost until I picked up the vehicle. My company requires pre-authorization for any cost above the original quote, which I communicated to the team when I dropped off the vehicle, so I was surprised to not have any prior notice for the additional charge.
