Everyone was communicative and friendly. Explained the process and amounts and worked directly with my insurance company. No hidden fees or surprise additional "finds" when they did the work. Truly appreciate the dedication to getting the estimate correct the first time and not "finding" extras in the middle of the repair.

The quality of the repair was a 9. Things were put together but the paint wasn't blended. The fender and hood are clearly different.

We didn't get regular updates like we were promised and communicating what the insurance company was saying that if the paint would have been blended properly would have caused them to total the car should have been communicated. We could have made the decision ourselves on weather we wanted that done or not.
