Everything with caliber was exceptional. The only downside was the rental experience (specifically the location) but that not is associated with anything related to the service I received from the repair aspect. Jacki was awesome!

I was sent updates and was happy with the communication. I’d love to get emailed a copy of the work done because the car had to be picked up by a third party and she lost the paperwork unfortunately.

Jacki has helped me out so much the last time and especially this most recent time i’ve been there. I was running around in circles and going back and fourth with the insurance , claims and glass department making it into a huge headache for me since i’ve been handling everything with my truck myself. The work done to my truck is amazing , i love the way it looks and feels just like the 1st day i got it. Thank you so much to whoever fixed my truck , and a huge thanks to Jacki for answering any questions i had while guiding me through the whole process! :)

I ended up bringing in four cars. Three were not repairable. Jacki was great to work with. The one car that did get repaired was completed quicker than expected. Will definitely come back if I have any car repair needs in the future.
