I was really pleased with the exceptional service that was given to me by Haley. She kept me in the loop via text on how my vehicle was doing while it was in her care. She even personally delivered my vehicle to my home to save me the trip out to Caliber to pick it up. I would have had to run or ride my bike which would have taken a lot of time out of my day. Thanks again Caliber Collision and a special thanks to Haley.

I was very impressed with the amount of communication that I got through the whole process. Hayley did such a great job of keeping me in the loop. I mentioned to her that the vehicle was from a former employee and they took the initiative to clean it out and make the inside look as good as the outside. It is so rare to get this level of customer service anymore and I was blown away.
